Q: 2006 Toyota Camry LE wobbling?
My 2006 Toyota Camry LE seems to have a slight shake/wobble when I hit 40-45 mph. It is smooth below that and smooths out when I go above this speed. I have had my tires balanced and yet it still wobbles. Any ideas on what this is and should I be concerned? Thanks for any information :) How much is a "road forced balance" and can I get that done anywhere?

A: You could have a bent rim or shifted belt in one of the tires. A basic balance wont pick that up, you need a road force balance, one that applies force to the tire when it spins it. That will pick up a out of round or a bent rim.

Q: about 2009 toyota camry le ventalation ? airconditioning?
can outside air be brought in car without using the airconditioner when i turn the fan dial it seems like the aircondition comes on we have a 2006 camry and this dosen't happen please help

A: Turn off the recirculating air and set it to fresh air. if you have it on fresh air, air will come in the vehicle if moving. it is located in the fan dial. If you see a light, it's on recirculating and will not come into the vehicle. if not, that is on fresh air and you should feel it. From your friendly Toyota Salesperson :)

Q: Gas Mileage: 2007 Toyota Camry LE- AUTO?
How much mileage do you get from 2007 Toyota Camry LE- AUTO ? I get around 26 MPG on Hwy and around 22-23 in Hwy+City. Is this acceptable ? Tell me your real-world Mileage. Had old Camry models( 2006,2005..etc) good Mileage than the new one(2007,2008....) ?

A: Keep in mind that if you have the 268hp V6 its reasonable of an engine of that size.

Q: Help...My side view mirror is broken and needs to be replaced...How much money do you think it will cost to?
replace? It is a 2006 Toyota Camry LE. How much will it cost to fix? Please help...

A: if its just the glass, no more than 50 bucks. if you need to replace the housing that holds the glass as well, expect to pay around 300 bucks. if you have power mirrors and the wires are damaged, that's even more. if its still under warranty, you should get a discount at the dealership.

Q: Are Dean Quasar Plus Tires Studdable?
I have a 2006 Toyota Camry LE with Dean Quasar Plus Tires 205/65R 15....are these studdable? Have had this car for three years and this year it is sliding all over the place - can't handle the snow at all. Brand new tires on the car now - properly filled according to specs. Studs my best option? I live in Western New York - they are lawful this time of the year - October thru May - but want to seek advice before investing money. Any thoughts?

A: The Dean Quasar Plus is an unexceptional private-label all-season tire. If they are new and you are sliding around it is because they just are not up to the task and studs won't help even if this tire could accept them - which it can't. You would need to buy a dedicated studdable winter tire such as the Firestone Winterforce or General Altimax Arctic. These tires will be so much better than what you have that you may find you don't even need the studs. Or you can go all-out and get a studless winter tire such as the Bridgestone Blizzak WS-60. Like the other tires just mentioned though these are strictly winter-only so you will want to hang on to the Deans for 3-season use.

Q: MP3-compatible car radios?
I have a 2006 Toyota Camry LE, and I'd like to get an in-dash CD player/FM/AM radio that has an auxiliary MP3 plug-in. These are easy, but I'd really like one that can be compatible with my steering wheel controls. Does anybody know of a way to make this happen - like special wiring, or certain brands that have done this?

A: If you peruse Crutchfield.com you'll find that Pioneer, Sony, Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, and a few others all make an adapter that will allow you to retain your steering wheel contols. Below is the link I was looking at when i typed this. Also just to be sure, call Crutchfield, they are excellent about giving exacts about specific fits and models. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-avp8w2ApUPH/cgi-bin/prodsearch.asp?sp=lnav&cm_re_o=TkB_zkEzM*kwufEzM*lwzygt&search=steering+wheel+controls&go.x=18&go.y=15 Lots of mp3 players out there. Maybe consider one with a USB port as that will allow you to use a flash drive to listen to music from(I have the kenwood Excelon X491 and love it)

Q: Between these three cars, who would win in a race?
- 1993 Ford Crown Victoria - 2009 Toyota Camry LE - 2006 Volkswagen Beetle 2.5 PZEV (it's an odd combination, I know) yes, they're all stock

A: are they all stock

Q: Which car is a better value? Please give me details?
2007 Toyota Camry LE - V4, 21k miles, no alloy wheels, no rear spoiler, 36k bumper to bumper coverage and 100k powertrain warranty - $18,000 2006 Mazda 6 Sedan - V6, 19k miles, alloy wheels, rear spoiler, 50k miles bumper to bumper, 60k powertrain warranty - $15,700. Additionally the Camry's sound system is better and also it has a hook up thing for ipod. I personally like the exterior of the Mazda 6 better and the interior of the Camry better. Which one would you go for considering everything? What do you recommend? I need to make a decision in the next couple of hours.... please

A: Well, I'm not bias ( I drive a Honda)......So in my opionion the mazda sounds better. The v4 camery has more miles and since it is a v4, has had to work harder than a v6 to go them miles. Sound systems can me easily installed and an IPod ready car radio isn't that hard to come by. With the $2300 dollars you'd save on the price difference you could buy yourself an awesome system. Some might say that the v4 has better gas mileage, which is true (sometimes)but concidering that the camery is a much larger vehicle than the mazda is telling me that the stop and go city miles would kill ya in the end. It's up to how much car space you want, and where you'll be driving would be the deciding factor for me.
